Culinary Arts provides students with the opportunity to gain an understanding of food-handling skills. Using our industry-standard commercial kitchen and exceptional culinary team of instructors, students will develop techniques for preparing meals for large groups.
The practical skills are performed and refined as students prepare meals for our school cafeteria (Milton’s) and friendly coffee bistro (Canoe). This course provides an authentic learning experience for students wishing to enter the hospitality industry.
