  • Develop an understanding of proper form and movement techniques

  • Lead a healthy lifestyle by combining multiple dimensions of wellness

  • Increase knowledge of individual workout and nutrition plan-building

  • Learn proper fitness center etiquette to walk into any gym with confidence

  • Improve general physical preparedness during the off-season for any sport

  • Maintain and improve in-season physical performance for any sport
