The main focus of Physical Education is to teach students to lead active healthy lifestyles through a variety of activities. Students will learn curricular outcomes through a variety of activities including volleyball, basketball, soccer, football, etc.
PE 10 is a graduation requirement for all students.
Students will receive soccer instruction that covers the curriculum outcomes and credit completion of PE 10, 20, and 30. Student training includes a focus on tactical and technical activities. The focus will be on individual soccer skills and advanced knowledge of working in a team environment.
A transportation and soccer centre fee will be applied.
Healthy Living is a Physical Education course offered to females only and based out of the fitness center. Students will actively participate in high-intensity interval training, Tabata, yoga, circuit training, dance, swimming, and a variety of sports. This course empowers young women to understand physical literacy!
